Root Document
Root Commitment
My root commitment: I will do my best to (a) follow the processes on this document, and (b) regularly evaluate and update them to reflect what's working and what matters.
Rule: Execute the system, not redesign it. If the system breaks, fix the process — not my discipline.
- 1.Root Document → define goals and rules
- 2.Weekly Plan → decide what matters before the week begins
- 3.Daily Calendar → every task becomes a time block

Decision Filters
Before starting anything new, ask:
- 1.Does this increase booked calls / week within 0–6 weeks?
- 2.Does this improve conversion (booking/show/close) measurably?
- 3.Does this improve client results (lead quality, retention, referral) measurably?
- 4.Does this protect the 4-hour deep work block?
- 5.Does this move the house plan milestones (savings rate, debt payoff, EF, house fund)?
If no → Backlog.
